01/06/24:
200 pushups completed. Did two sets of 80 during morning coffee/blogging and another 40 before running errands. Why it was sets of 80 I have no clue, but that’s what they ended up being. Either way, got my total in, so all good!
01/07/24:
200 pushups completed. Done between getting coffee and blog/read/comments. Two sets of 100 each and then went out to shovel 8, 9, whatever inches of snow is out there. To that I say: Workout complete!
01/08/24:
200 pushups completed. Two sets of 100 reps during morning coffee/writing. Used a variety of hand spacings and mostly partial reps because shoulder felt a bit dodgy this morning. I’ll likely have to start using more sets of less reps spaced throughout the day. I think just trying to grind out AMRAP in a set is not going to be sustainable daily.
01/09/24:
200 pushups completed. Per yesterday’s comment, I broke them down into smaller sets. I went with four sets of 50 and spread the time farther apart. Shoulder definitely appreciated the change.
01/10/24:
200 pushups completed. Did same as yesterday and broke them into sets of 50 spaced out through the morning. A mix of regular and plyometric style pushups. Shoulder feels much better.
