30-Day Pushup Challenge (Days 11-15)

This week will mark the halfway point of my 30 Day Pushup Challenge.

How did I do? Well, let’s find out, shall we?

01/11/24:

200 pushups completed. Did these spaced out during morning coffee/WP time in sets of 50. So far, that rep scheme seems to be working well, so I will stick with it unless inspiration leads me down a different path on a given day.

01/12/24:

200 pushups completed. Four sets of 50 reps completed during the morning routine. Feeling a bit off today, so not much to say beyond that. Don’t feel sick, just…Off.

01/13/24:

200 pushups completed. They were a bit of a grind today. Didn’t sleep fantastically and energy level was almost nil. Broke them into sets of 50, but ended up taking multiple pauses within the sets. If ever there was an example of “going through the motions” today was it. That said, they are done, so goal accomplished.

01/14/24:

300 pushups completed. These were done during the 1,000 Reps Of Doom challenge I set for myself today. After a mediocre 01/13 and 01/14 performance, I felt the need to kick it into overdrive today.

01/15/24:

200 pushups completed. Barely. 😄

After yesterday’s 1,000 rep excursion, I knew today would be a bit of a task. I’m not as sore as I had anticipated, but I am sore nonetheless! I broke them down into sets of 50 per my usual. Spaced apart a bit longer than normal, but they got done.
