One would need to have a job first. 🤣
Per yesterday’s post, I do not have one at the moment, so this question technically doesn’t apply to me. But I’m gonna answer anyhow.
Currently, my days consist of drinking coffee, firing out applications, lifting some weights, and making blog posts. Pretty enjoyable, other than the pesky paycheck issue.

But on a serious note for a second, yes, I did love the job I was doing for the most part. Granted, it didn’t end the way I’d have preferred, but that aside, I liked it.
Ironically, the best part and the worst part about it was dealing with people. A lot of times it was petty complaints, a bunch of he said/she said bullshit and middle school drama. From grown adults, mind you.
But, then there were the people who made it totally worthwhile. The ones who were always striving to improve and learn more. They made it an absolute joy, because nothing was impossible to them. It wasn’t eight hours of naysaying and bitching.
And when those people moved up into better roles? Total win. There are a lot of folks I am very, very proud of, and it’s them I miss more than anything. That was what made me love that job.
I hope I am able to find a team like that wherever my next adventure takes me. If so, then I’m 99 in the shade.
