I once knew a gorilla
A most fine ape he is
He has some strange habits
But, it is what it is
Says he won’t eat bananas
Which I did find quite off
All he spoke of was pizza
Other foods he did scoff
On a whim I decided
When I was out late one night
To give pizza a taste
Oh, my! What a delight!
This evening at dinner
The wife served up some seed
But I must confess truly
It was not what I need
So I picked up the phone
And a call I did make
I said send me some pizza!
All you have I shall take!
While I value nutrition
With a smile, I admit
That I truly love pizza
It’s not a habit I’ll quit!
