Those are great photos. I took out my telescope to watch the moon both last night and the night before. I also watched Jupiter, Saturn, and the Galilean moons. We had a clear sky. However, I don’t have a way of taking photos yet.

Yes you can see much more detail. For example, I don’t see craters on the moon with my bare eyes, well I am a bit nearsighted too, but I easily many craters with a telescope. I can see the rings on Saturn, etc. However, it is a small telescope and I am using it in Dallas, which has a lot of light pollution. You have to get out on the countryside to get a really good view.

You were, but unfortunately, WP has a nasty habit of randomly unsubscribing us from people without us having done anything.
It’s a real pain, because you don’t even realize it right away most of the time. Very frustrating. I have had to resubscribe to a number of blogs. Some, several times.
and we always associate silver with the moon…the last one is glowing golden (as I see it lol…)
