I am waiting for dusk to arrive

As darkness falls I feel alive

My thoughts meander, feeling free

As night slips in I truly see

This clarity is so divine

I feel it now, this world is mine

Mine to have and mine to hold

To tell the tales I’ve not yet told

The air is crisp, so cool and clear

Within the flow there is no fear

Only paths of destiny

The world out there belongs to me
