Ah, the good old days of Saturday morning cartoons!

When I was a wee lad I could not lift my head off the pillow Monday though Friday mornings if my life depended on it.

But on Christmas morning and Saturdays? You betcha I could!

I loved me some Saturday morning cartoons, and I especially loved the superhero ones. Seeing my comic book heroes in living color on the screen was always an absolute blast to me.

So, as a tribute of those bygone days sitting in front of the television with a bowl of cereal, I created some images and am dubbing today Superhero Saturday.

    I also loved Saturday morning cartoons!! It’s a shame it’s no longer a thing amongst the younger generation.

      My thought on that is it’s their loss LOL
      On the same token, our parents were probably mad that we were watching animations on a screen instead of going outside and whittling a horse cart out of a piece of wheat lol
