Well, we’re coming down to the home stretch and I am looking to finish strong over the next 10 days.
Let’s see how it went, shall we?
01/21/24:
200 pushups completed. Unlike the rough starts over last week, today went well. Got them done in 4 sets of 50 and they went pretty quickly. Possibly because I know I am coming up to the end of it and I have a bit of extra juice. Fingers crossed the rest of it goes this well!
01/22/24:
200 pushups completed. Four sets of 50 as is the norm for the most part. Thought about trying some one-armed, but just wasn’t feeling it today. Not a bad outing, just not a particularly strong one. But, completed!
01/23/24:
200 pushups completed. Four sets of 50 reps. One set was countertop pushups just to do something different and give the shoulders a slight break.
01/24/24:
200 pushups completed. Four sets of 50, but with varied hand spacing. Certain spacings were agitating the shoulders a bit. Not surprising, really. 200 reps of anything day in and day out is going to have some side effects. Nothing major, so as long as I am careful I should be good.
01/25/24:
200 pushups completed. One set of 100 and two sets of 50. The one set of 100 just felt right for some reason today, so I went with it. ๐ Nothing fancy today. Changed hand spacing slightly, but nothing too crazy, just a bit of variety.
Down to the final five! I’ll be back in five days with the wrap-up and to commence my next 30-Day Challenge!
