Good evening, all! this is going to be short and sweet, as I am trying to get caught up on a ton of shit 😄
So, I survived the first day. 👍
Everyone seems really cool and laid back. Much different vibe than my previous gig. Everyone that is there seems to legit like the place for the most part, including the operators, which is always a good sign.
Today was a lot of on-boarding and training. I made some rounds with the 1st shift supervisor, and he assured me I am going to love it. He said it’s one of the best jobs he’s ever had.
My new boss said I’ll be working days for about a month to get used to everything and then I’ll be moving to nights probably sometime next month.
Obviously, it’s early in the game, but I think it’s going to be pretty damn good. A cakewalk compared to what I came from.
