Really, WP Reader? Really?

A two hour gap and not one single solitary thing was posted?

Somehow, I find that highly difficult to believe.

And now, posts are randomly updating at a pace akin to watching paint dry.

Way to absolutely kill everyone’s views. Stellar.

Add it to the pile…

  1. I wondered why I had no emails about blog posts and found them all in my spam folder while spam came through to my email. At least this glitch wasn’t WordPress’ doing.

    1. I’m not so sure, since Reader refused to update too. All very odd either way that’s for sure.

  3. With me using my browser and not the app for WordPress, I sometimes refresh my browser page than rely on when WP tells me new posts and it felt quieter.
But on one of the occasions I refreshed my page and scrolled further beyond where I needed to be, I noticed a coupe of new posts that were not there before that had aired an hour before. Yet when I refreshed my pages on a couple of occasions in 20 minutes, those pages were not there then. So something going off.

    1. Yes, it’s all been very random this morning. Easy to miss stuff for sure.

      1. When I wasn’t going to scroll back further than I did, itbwas because I knew I already had read posts. But I was lucky to go back to where I had already read because otherwise I wouldn’t have spotted those two posts that all of sudden appeared that apparently aired an hour beforehand, even though they were not there in the time I was reading, thinking there wasn’t going to be posts like usual. So I nearly missed reading them.

  4. I feel like this is why I miss posts all the time. Not to mention on mobile, I think sometimes itโ€™s a whole other ballgame.
    Quite frustrating.

    1. It definitely is, and I would not be one bit surprised if this is why stuff gets passed over.

  5. ๐Ÿ˜‚ it still goes on then. Thatโ€™s why my stats are in the garbage and have been for way too long. But yeah, Iโ€™m not obsessing. Not yet.

      1. I agree. I wonder if itโ€™s better with a paid plan or if WordPress.com just simply is this buggy?

      2. Well, I’m on a paid plan, soooo….๐Ÿ˜„

      3. ๐Ÿ˜‚ I guess that means WordPress.com is buggy as shit then ๐Ÿ˜. What plan are you on? And no matter which one, would you write a review on it?

      4. The second Tier up I think. I’ll have to look, I don’t remember lol
Review? I’ll consider it yeah. I’m not an expert review writer by any means though ๐Ÿ˜„

  6. Some of my posts aren’t even showing up on the Reader at all for my followers, so disappointed in WP ๐Ÿ˜”

    1. Same. Or, they will show up an hour or two after the fact. It’s highly agitating. Performance gets worse the more crap they try to sell us.

      1. Absolutely and they keep changing the design which is causing so many glitches which they then refuse to do anything about.

      2. Yeah, I know. It’s getting ridiculous.
Last night I just kept getting a blank white page with a WP logo on it when I clicked on anything. After 30 min I gave up and went to bed lol

      3. Lol that sucks so much. WP really needs to get itself together. So many bloggers have already left due to glitches.
