She finds her solace in the strings
With bow’s caress it sweetly sings
It takes her back to better days
A smile soft, as on she plays
Within her mind, a symphony
A backward glance to days so free
As she lay it gently in it’s case
The smile slowly leaves her face
The world awaits, no time for peace
Within it’s grasp, there’s no release
The times are few and far between
A land at war calls for it’s Queen

Her heart, a battlefield, yearns for peace, yet the crown’s weight pulls her back.
