Find your center
Hard to do
Sit in silence
See it through
Grow impatient
Breathing deep
A silent mind
Is hard to keep
Learning patience
Tremendous task
But still you try
That’s all you ask

I’ve tried meditating and I wrote a post about a few years ago. It’s the clear your mind part I can’t seem to do🙄😂
Loved the poem and a lovely helpful guide and inspiration to those that do meditation.
Yeah meditation is something I can rarely do as I can’t find that quiet spot to often, is that why we love peaceful insanity so much?
