Most people (and jobs) are only as loyal as their options, and the second you don’t serve a purpose for them, they will throw you out faster than three-day old sun baked cod.
Be thankful for the ones in your life who are truly loyal. They are few and far between.

my mom always said you have true friends, with you thick and thin. Then you have the casual friends, I tend to be a giver, so the latter group I’ve known well. But yes the true and loyal need to be cherish.
Casual, indeed. The fairweathers will always come and go. I think they are just a part of life.
Perhaps they are only meant to be with us for a short time.
