What’s your favorite month of the year? Why?

Hard to pick just one, here.

I like September, because it usually signals a bit of relief from the heat. Sure, there’s still some pretty warm days, but at least knowing there’s a break coming definitely helps.

And, it’s also the start of football season!

So big and bad he needs more than one number.

October is also awesome, because it means even cooler temps, Autumn is in full swing, Halloween, and the birthday of someone very special.

Because one pic wasn’t enough.

November and December are also totally cool with me, because I like the winter. And, I do enjoy me a good Thanksgiving and Christmas feast.

Just call me Myles Standoffish.

Really, most months from September until about March I am okay with. It gets a bit sketchy around April or so. The coming of pollen, heat, humidity. All that fun stuff I am not a huge fan of.

Some months stand out more than others, but really, Mother Nature is gonna do what she’s gonna do, so I just try to roll along best I can and deal with it.

    It’s funny about the months of the year. I met my husband and soul mate in the summer and he died in the summer in August 2017. Since his birthday was in July and we enjoyed celebrating the Midsummer Holidays in Latvia in June the memories were so full that it was the end for me, I just wanted each summer to pass by quickly, Set my sights on the autumn months and then of course, there are all those beautiful memories of Christmases past SIGH. So let’s just say I will take March as my favorite because on the very first day is my birthday. However, at different times and years I lost both my mom and my mother-in-law during March, A girl just cannot win SIGH

      It’s very hard when we associate times of year with loved ones or life altering events, for sure. There are times of year when I too shut down a bit and just get through as best I can. 🙏🙏

    September is sweater weather up there in the States. Here in India its end of monsoon, I love monsoon but after four months of torrential downpour I crave change. I loved September when I lived in Toronto, I could still go to the beach and rock a jean jacket too!

    I completely agree that September brings some welcome changes! The relief from the heat is such a nice shift, and the anticipation of fall is always exciting.
