Do I trust my instincts?
For the most part, I would say yes.
Some would even say I have a knack for knowing exactly what people are going to do before they themselves even know.
Am I a fortune teller?
A visionary?
A prophet?
Nah. Just lucky.
I’m just “lucky” that I have been around long enough and seen enough to figure out human nature pretty easily by now. Unfortunately, that also means I have had to be around a lot of selfish, cruel and miserable people in my day too.
I may not always know exactly why something is off, but I will often know it is “off” for whatever reason.
I am not always right of course, and sometimes people and/or things prove me wrong. Sometimes, that is actually a pleasant surprise when one is preparing for the worst. Sucks when it’s the other way around though 😄
Well, now…wasn’t expecting THAT.
But I would have to say that overall, yes, I do trust my instincts, and they’ve served me pretty well thus far.
