01.12.25: And thus…

A Pizza Revolution began.

Came back to add a bit of gorilla magic and reformat the poem.

01.12.24:

I just don’t happen to feel like it yet.

I do not wish to stop consuming pizza.

From a parlor, from a chain

From a freezer, I don’t care

I’ll consume it anytime

I’ll consume it anywhere

I will dine on it for breakfast

Hell, morning noon and night

I’ll eat it warm, I’ll eat it cold

I find most any temp just right

Pepperoni! Cheese!

Load it up with bacon too!

I’ll have to order two

One won’t feed both me and you

English muffin or a bagel

Yes, I’m counting both of those

The truth can’t be denied

When it’s right beneath your nose

“When the moon hits the sky…”

I believe you know the rest

If they’re putting it in songs

Then you know it is the best!

I will rest my case right here

And I ask you, my dear friends…

When the hell did you ever hear about anyone putting plums in a song??

      One of the few pearls of wisdom my father dropped on me was “Only you know when it’s time to stop.” He wasn’t wrong lol

    Personally, I feel like pizza isn’t that unhealthy. I mean, it’s just bread and sauce and cheese… At least that’s what I tell myself lol.

        Well, that’s the best part isn’t it? lol
        I like to jump off the beaten path with my pizzas from time to time.
        Made a tikka masala pizza a bit ago that came out quite good if I do say so! lol

    A fun poem on pizza. Pizza is not junk food, I mean if you have deep dish Chicago style, with all the cheese, certainly that would be bad for your heart. LOL. Otherwise, nothing wrong with the ingredients.

    😂 My brain immediately went to System of a Down – Pizza Pie! Hahaha! I had to reel it back in to read your poem, but… yep, plenty of songs about pizza out there! It really is the best dish!

      I took it down as I am not so sure it conveyed an appropriate message. I am still mulling over whether it’s worth restoring or not. And f it is, I am asking myself if it needs some editing first.
