The Pinnacle

Of sword and scar

My life is built

I stand up tall

When others wilt

A primal surge

Within my veins

The pinnacle

Of what remains

Where others fall

Is when I thrive

In combat deep

I feel alive

I walk this path

Through darkest night

Within my heart

A fire bright

A burning blaze

You can’t contain

The pinnacle

Of what remains

        Oh really ?
What other gems do you keep stashed away.
I don’t have drafts, I get frustrated and then start from scratch again.
        Happy weekend πŸ™

      2. I only had this one and the prior one. The other two are daily prompts I have just sitting there with nothing in them lol
I rarely keep drafts either. I just roll with what I have off the top f my dome πŸ˜„
