Good day, all! It’s time for the No Theme Thursday (NTT) submissions for last week’s images! This is fast becoming one of my favorite days of the week, because I get to collect up all the incredible work everyone has posted and show it off for all to see!
We had a stellar turnout again this week, and again, I was absolutely blown away by the talent on display.
And now, introducing this week’s All Star Lineup:
The Incredible Aasthawrites from Literary Evaluation Blog!
The Phenomenal Phoebe from Drops of Ink!
The Amazing Amy from “It’s Amy,” I said.!
The Fantastic Mr. Philo from Philosophy Through Photography!
The Dazzling Destiny from Destiny’s Designz!
The Preeminent Pooja G from Lifesfinewhine!
We had a grand total of eight submissions, as Aastha and Phoebe each took a couple extra reps this week, and I can honestly say that every one of them is a slam dunk.
Without further ado, it is with great pleasure that I give you this week’s NTT submissions!
Aastha’s first entry this week is a contemplative piece on the daydreams of her youth and the longing for acceptance and normalcy. She chose the following image:

Her second piece is also a personal reflection, this time on social anxiety and loneliness:

My Self Contemplation by Aasthawrites
This is Phoebe’s first foray into the NTT League, and she came out of the gates storming with not one, but two, lovely pieces of poetic prose. Welcome, Phoebe! And thank you so much for joining us!

Amy found an image that brought her back to a story she has had in development for some time. She tweaked it into a fantastical tale that I truly hope she plans to continue. I know there’s more than a few of us that are eager to see where it leads. I have a hunch she’s up to something in some form…

Mr, Philo brought us a very in-depth analysis of the below image, but as always, he starts on the surface and eventually digs a a little deeper and brings us to the true heart of the matter. As always, we can count on him to remind us of what is truly important in this world. Thank you, Philo.

Destiny chose the below image because it reminded her of her daughter, and she chose to use it in conjunction with an absolutely beautiful poem she wrote for her daughter’s birthday. To know that she chose this image for such a special poem moves me beyond words.

Pooja chose the following image for her stellar poem which is equal parts sexy, romantic and a little bit sad. When I made this image, I was wondering if anyone would pick up on the hint of sadness, and Pooja nailed it and then some.

And that concludes this week’s NTT Challenge entries!
All, I really have to say that the response to this has been far greater than I ever imagined it would be. When I started this blog, I had no idea it would turn into what it has. Words cannot do justice to the enjoyment it brings me every day.
While I like to have my fun with the gorilla antics and silly prompt replies, posts like these are the ones I enjoy most of all. Just being able to interact with all of you and have you share your creativity so freely is a genuinely happy and humbling experience.
Participants and readers, all I can say is sincerely, I thank you one and all. I hope we’re able to keep doing this for a long time to come.
