I just wanted to say hi and wish you all the best.
I have started my new position and things are quite hectic for me at the moment. Just a few days ago, I was working nights at the old job, and now I am working days while I train…before going back to nights in a few weeks. 😜
Along with the schedule flip, I am also acclimating to a totally new environment with a ton to learn. This week in particular looks to be quite busy with a lot of on-boarding tasks and focused training sessions.
I will be hopping on when I can, but please forgive me if I miss a lot of posts or shut comments off on some of my own. I had mentioned this awhile back, and it looks like until I get settled in, I will have to intermittently keep it short and sweet. Some will stay open, but a few will definitely be closed to keep it manageable.
One of my favorite things about being on this platform is the ability to interact with all of you and read your fantastic posts. That said, right now it is very hard to keep up, and I don’t want to come on and half-ass it.
With luck, once I adjust, I’ll be back on a regular cadence. In the meantime, stay frosty and watch for drive-by gorillas. 😄
