Hibernation is good and sometimes necessary.
Solitude often has a negative connotation. It’s not the same as loneliness.
When one feels like they have to censor themselves or walk on eggshells, especially in their own space, something is terribly wrong.
If one is still long enough, they can sense the energies around them.
I sense the grey energy just like you do.
Sometimes it is simpler to let it pass than to fight it.
