Mostly spend a fair amount of time with myself and my thoughts, and usually tend to prefer it this way whenever I can.
Solitude is not the same as loneliness, and everyone craves a different level.

That is good to spend with yourself 😄 but I have a question is there no intelligent gorilla 🦍 to spend time with you. Ha ha 😂 now my summer vacation is going on so I am spending my time with family and finishing my next novel 😄😄😄😄by the way how are you?
I’m also very content to spend most of my time alone. No media or music ~ just meditation, creativity, work and peace.
Exactly right 👍 loneliness is related to feelings and the absence of something from our lives whereas solitude is about being at one with yourself and being comfortable in your own company. I prefer to be alone most of the time. I’ve been in situations where I have been surrounded by 100+ people who I all knew yet I felt so alone. When we are able to be comfortable in our own company and enjoy our solitude I believe that it is then that we can become free of loneliness
