Passions are a great thing to have, but there’s something to be said for just hanging back and flowing along once in awhile. Call it temperance, call it moderation. By whatever name you choose, it’s ok to get out of the rapids and paddle leisurely up the lazy river for a spell.

Great post, and a great reminder that it’s okay–needed–to take it easy for a wee bit.
We leave too little room for this essential and crucial mode in our hyperscheduled modern lifestyle. We even do it to the children.
5 days late to reply, but then again, timing was never my thing. Temperance, yes, or even attentiveness. I hope your hand has improved.
